For your health and safety, we are unable to accept any returns on food items – this includes candy, snacks, or anything we sell that is edible. The only exception for this is if the item arrived damaged.
If you refuse delivery of an order, or you return an order without contacting us, we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or credit.
If your order was returned to us by the shipping company, we will investigate why and make a determination as to whether or not a refund or credit will be issued. If we deem a refund or credit is due, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are never refundable for any reason.
During warmer months, we recommend you do not purchase candy that is subject to melting. We make this clear on our website and also offer the option to purchase ice packs to help keep candy cool. We will not refund or exchange any candy that arrives melted during these warm months. We also can’t refund or credit any candy you ordered that you didn’t like.
