At Big and Cheap Wholesale, your health and safety are our top priorities. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any food items, including candy, snacks, or any edible products.
The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Products must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items after 7 days from delivery.
Must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will only be considered if the issue falls within the above criteria.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned without prior contact, we reserve the right to deny a refund or credit.
If your order is returned by the shipping carrier, we will review the reason and determine if a refund or credit is applicable. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
During warmer months, we advise against purchasing meltable candy unless you add ice packs to your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that melt during transit.
We also do not offer refunds for candy based on taste preferences.
